The Quantum Light Breath meditation by Jeru Kabal is a 1 hour guided meditation that, just like the Sudarshan Kriya, gives an intensive cleansing of body and mind.
The Quantum Light Breath was developed by Jeru Kabal (1930-2000) and based on 3,000-year-old Vipassana meditation techniques. You breathe quickly, deeply and with attention, releasing old emotions, patterns and beliefs. The effects of this breathing exercise are very similar to the Sudarshan kriya.
